  • What disadvantages do you have?

Opportunities

A situation or thing outside your control that makes it easier to achieve your purpose, carry out practices and processes, and create customer value. Cultivate and pursue opportunities.

  • What external factors or situations could help you?
  • What promising trends—general or specific—are you aware of for product or places like yours?
    • Changes in technology and markets
    • Changes in government policies and politics
    • Changes in social patterns, lifestyles, demographics, etc.

Threats

A situation or thing outside your control that makes it difficult to achieve your purpose, carry out practices and processes, and create customer value. Avoid and neutralize threats.
